Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Shipping Limitations

We currently ship to most countries but do not ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as customs processing, weather, or global events.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our website are delivered by a third-party carrier. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Face Masques (due to hygiene concerns)
• Food & Household Goods (due to their perishable and consumable nature)

Additionally, we cannot accept any item that shows signs of use, is damaged, or is not in its original condition.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for instructions from our customer service team including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging and tags
4. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the return process and indicate in your email that you would like an exchange. We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return. Standard shipping charges apply for the new shipment.
