Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

We offer two reliable shipping options to serve our global customers:

    Shipped via DHL or FedEx
    Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping
    Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS
    Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Please note: We do not ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as customs processing, weather, or global events.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

  • Face Masques (due to hygiene concerns)
  • Food & Household Goods (due to their perishable and consumable nature)

Additionally, we cannot accept any item that shows signs of use, is damaged, or is not in its original condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Team: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your return.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) including all original packaging and tags. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship your return to:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Follow the same return process outlined above.
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the preferred size/color.
  • We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return.
  • Standard shipping charges apply for the new shipment.
