Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. All items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Please Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
  • Face Masques (for obvious hygiene concerns)
  • Food & Household Goods (perishable and consumable nature)
  • Any item that shows signs of use, is damaged, or is not in its original condition

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Team: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your return.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) including the original packaging and all tags. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship your return to our fulfillment center at:

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Follow the same return process outlined above.
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the preferred size/color.
  • We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return. Standard shipping charges apply for the new shipment.
